Posted On : August 05, 2015 Chronic gastric leak or gastric fistula after Sleeve Gastrectomy or Duodenal Switch can be treated with a Roux En Y limb. This does not mean mean conversion to Roux En Y Gastric Bypass but use Roux En Y limb to drain the fistula. In the case of a Duodenal Switch the Roux En Y limb could be taken from the biliopancreatic limb. The following are links to articles that describe this method of treatment.
