Please see below which are indicated for Duodenal Switch. Sleeve Gastrectomy patients can take the regular forms of Vitamin A, D, E and K and do not require a specialty form of these vitamins. You can also access a beginning supplement schedule in your patient workbook on pg 27. Please remember that supplements will need to be adjusted based on laboratory studies throughout your weight loss surgical journey.
